These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be settled within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or via email. Your continued use of our Services after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
